Please note the following important information before booking: Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are provided upon arrival. Replacements during your stay are not included. Baby crib: €30 per reservation. Subject to availability and must be requested 24–48 hours in advance. Extra guests not included in the reservation: €10 per person, per night. Check‑in: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. Early check‑in subject to request. • Outside these hours: €30 in cash. • After 10:00 p.m.: €50. • After midnight: €80. If arrival falls on a weekend or public holiday: €30 until 10:00 p.m., €50 after 10:00 p.m., €80 after midnight. If arrival is on 25/12, 26/12, or 01/01: €50 until 10:00 p.m., €100 after 10:00 p.m. Tourist Tax (Barcelona): €6.25 per person, per night (ages 16+, up to 7 nights). This will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026. Service fee: €12.50 per reservation. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least €400. Parties or gatherings are not allowed. Intervention by police, security, or neighbors will result in a €500 fine (plus any official penalties). The property is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to safeguard valuables, use safety deposit boxes if available, and ensure doors and windows are properly secured.
